Dont Mess With The Creeper

ive been expanding on the story of my version of the creeper. essentially she's a female version of the creeper done in the art style of the cartoon "the batman". heres my first picture of her which is actually in color [link]
originally she was meant to be jokers sidekick, but after she showed hesitation when it came to killing batgirl, the joker decided that a dip in the same batch of chemicals that he had once fallen into would do her good. batman and batgirl came to save her, but it's too late. batman quickly pulls her out of the vat, but its obvious that the chemicals have taken their toll. she laughs uncontrollably, her hair dyed green, her eyes blood red, and her skin.... lemon yellow? batman takes her to the hospital and joker to the asylum, while he returns to the batcave to try and find a cure, finding none. she escapes the hospital and finds joker, and she is not happy to see him, leading to a big fight scene where its obvious those chemicals did more than just stain her skin yellow. she's incredibly agile, very strong for her size, and oddly durable, taking hits from joker like they were nothing. at which point we reach the scene above, where she starts mercilessly beating joker with a crowbar (hope you appreciate the irony) before trying to snap his neck, at which point one of the henchmen is able to shock her with one of jokers joy buzzers, knocking her out. she gets tied up and drugged while the joker trys to figure out what do do with her. eventually he decides on a shock collar, but after she comments on how much it would clash with her costume, he decides upon shock-wristbands, which you can see in my fist picture of her. after which she grudgingly becomes his sidekick.
